Four steps from first contact to lasting results.

    Free 15-minute meeting — understand the task and decide if we are a good fit.

    2. Assessment

    2–3 sessions to understand the picture: what's happening, how long, what you've tried.

    3. Plan and work

    Agree on goals, session frequency, duration. Regular sessions + homework (if the method requires).

  4. 4

    4. Outcome

    Regular progress review every 4–6 sessions. We end when goals are achieved — no earlier, no later.
